Our Services
Dr. Eyad Jamsheer Medical Center is the first center in Bahrain to introduce a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Class program!
Mindfulness Skills: Being aware of and living in the present moment without being judgmental.
Distress Tolerance Skills: Getting through a crisis situation without making the situation worse and reducing intense unwanted emotions.
Emotion Regulation Skills: Understanding and improving or decreasing unwanted emotions.
Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills: Maintaining and improving relationships, communication skills, and self-respect.

Dr. Eyad Jamsheer clinic is an outpatient clinic, which means that we do not offer out of hours emergency services. In the case of an emergency, please visit the nearest emergency room or call 999.
